Step 1: Read our brochure on How To Organize a SAFE Neighborhood [English] [Chinese] [Russian] [Spanish]
Step 2: Then get a few of your neighbors together.
Step 3: Contact SAFE at (415) 553-1984, and a Public Safety Coordinator will meet with you to discuss your concerns and help you get a Neighborhood Watch group started.
