Citywide CPAB Symposium Celebrates Power of Partnerships

SF SAFE brought together San Francisco Police Department (SFPD) Chief William Scott, department leadership, DA Brooke Jenkins and more than 100 Community Police Advisory Board (CPAB) members Sat., Oct. 22 for the latest Citywide CPAB Symposium at Wells Fargo.

With November’s arrival comes a cornucopia of offerings: crisp fall weather, changing leaves, pumpkin spice lattes, Thanksgiving and Black Friday. As the holiday season shifts into overdrive, SF SAFE has some safety tips to help you along the way. 


SF SAFE’s Halloween Candy Explosion a Sweet Success

Approximately 1,500 San Francisco kids and their families gathered together with SF SAFE, the SFPD and other community members for the organization’s annual Halloween Candy Explosion Sat., Oct. 29. The seasonal celebration at Gilman Park in San Francisco was a sweet success, with revelers of all ages coming out to enjoy a wide assortment of delights.


SFPD November Virtual Community Meetings

SF residents wanting to be a part of the solution toward creating a safer city can get started by joining their local SFPD station and SF SAFE for a monthly virtual community meeting. By participating, you'll get the latest safety news and the chance to discuss issues that matter to you.
